AngelinaLynch_IT201_Project4
This project is my Final Project. This project displays what I have learned throughout the course and my progress and growth. Project one starts with simply spawning an object on the screen by using the space bar. It also gives the player the mouse position coordinates so they know where their object is spawning. Lastly, it allowed the player to use a drop-down menu or the button C on the keyboard to change the object’s color. Project 2 was an add-on to my Project 1. This one consisted of adding 5 new features to the design of my first project. The way I did this was by modifying UI elements (buttons, dropdowns), adding a clock to tell the time, and adding other UI elements (toggles, sliders, user input, etc) to modify the object spawned. I changed the project and made it more accessible for the player to make it their own. Project 3 consisted of adding animations and making things more interactive for the player. I modified the game to where you can drag the objects around the screen to wherever you want to change the size and shape of the object, you can make the clock change color or pulse, or you can make Mickey disappear from your game. All of these features make the game more personalized to the player. Project 4 was a combination of all of my projects. I was supposed to clean up my codes and errors, make my project appealing and presentable, and show my semester-long progress. To clean these projects up I added backgrounds, modified the objects so they all showed, and debugged everything until it worked properly.
